Novotel Kayseri

Staff here is pretty cool and on point, keeping things tidy. the rooms are nicely done up with a modern bathroom and stylish decor. And don't even get me started on the breakfast - it's just delicious and varied! 🌟.

I had delicious food for breakfast on a pretty good spread. It had great location, near to bus station, the center, and the Ministry of Tourism and Culture in Turkey.

Nothings.

It was attractively furnished, new-fashioned and with a queen or king size bed. The hotel was in an easy location right by a wonderful stay close to airport, the Ministry of Tourism and Culture in Turkey as well as Novotel Headquarter, and very close.

Cozy rooms with either a queen or king-size bed for a good night's sleep. You'll find an electronic key card for easy access, a TV with lots of channels for entertainment 📺, and a study table in each room.

The room was very comfortable, I slept very well. The fact that the hotel is near the airport is another reason to stay at Novotel. A small price for the best service you probably can have in Kayseri.

The staff, the comfort and the elegance of the hotel makes Novotel Kayseri the best hotel of the area. I definitely recommend this fantastic hotel to anyone.

The staff was decent and attentive, providing excellent service. the bedroom was a nice size and attractively furnished. the hotel's convenient location is near the Ministry of Tourism and Culture, Novotel Headquarter, and snowy Kayseri. It is also not very far from Icon Park.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Typical 4-start business hotel. Staff speaks English fluently.

Pillows are too soft.

Excellent location that is close to the airport. Very modern.

I came in not dressed as your typical suit like business traveller and was ignored for a little while by the staff as they talked amongst themselves. Definitely not for families. Breakfast costs extra, which is silly, considering this is an expensive hotel. While it focuses on business travellers, the hotel still should be mindful that non-business travellers do want to stay there, and should not look down at them, which I felt during my stay. Just because I'm not pretentious and don't care to dress well during a backpacking trip through Turkey, doesn't mean I'm second class.

it was clean and comportable, i have stayed in hilton kayseri two years ago. Novotel was better than hilton. i can recommened to all.. breakfast is really nice..

i warned the reception to not change my blanket because of water protect programme but they cahnge every thing (towel,blanket etc.). i wanted new slippers but they did not..

You find everything you need for a standard stay, not less, not more... Good service.

Convenient location for walking and public transportation, close to the Ministry of Tourism, the airport, and a taxi station, making it a great spot for an enjoyable stay near the airport and the city center.

The hotel was very new and well maintained; the rooms were big and bright as was the lobby; beautiful lounge outside in the shade; nicely decorated; price quality the best we've had in Turkey; very good breakfast; close to the airport

There was nothing we didn't like about this hotel and would stay there again if necessary;

All in All quite nice stay- clean rooms and staff very good and helpful
